20 years in the NFL is a long time, especially when everyone counts you out just 5 years into it. In 2005 Drew Brees had a shoulder injury so bad that not even he knew if he'd ever play football again. A labrum tear that no one had ever seen before. Through the help of Doctor James Andrews and relentless therapy Brees defied all odds and returned to football the next season. One year later his arrival in New Orleans changed everything. The Saint was born. With a city so broken and decimated by Hurricane Katrina Brees and the Saints stepped up and won Super Bowl XLIV in 2010. A city torn to pieces was given hope.
