Refund policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! You may cancel or amend your order within 12 hours of purchase free of charge. We are proud to provide some of the most unique sports artwork on the market to motivate and inspire you every day. Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except of course in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer. In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit is sent to our Customer Care team, and will produce and send a replacement at no charge.

However, if for whatever reason you are truly disappointed and unsatisfied with your order you are welcome to return after providing an explanation to us of why you are dissatisfied WITHIN 30 business days of placing your order and receiving your item.  (Shipping Not Included for returns). This does not include custom items, hand signed items (by the athlete) or original artwork. We are so confident in the quality of every print and are happy to say we have never had this happen :)

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must arrive in the same condition it was sent.

 To complete your return, simply place your art print back into its original packaging, print and attach a return label.

ALL RETURN POSTAGE MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR ANOTHER ERROR OCCURS ON OUR PART.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received, inspected and confirmed that there is no damage your money will be refunded, processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at spectorsportsart@gmail.com

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are damaged.
