Shipping policy


WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All artwork is made to order. It typically takes 3-7 business days to fulfill orders, once that is complete your order will be shipped. Occasionally we will have separate announcements on specific product pages if there are any unexpected delays or we will make announcements via email. 

Shipping times vary based on location. This service is solely based on the efforts of both UPS and USPS. If your order does not arrive within 10 business days after being shipped, please let us know via email spectorsportsart@gmail.com or text us at 2675839705.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your order is deemed as lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will always immediately report the issue, provide instructions on how to proceed with the claims process and most importantly replace your item for FREE.  

STOLEN ITEMS: Depending on the order value we will sometimes require a signature upon delivery to prevent theft of something high valued. If you are concerned about items being delivered safely at your current address please consider having it sent somewhere else.

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
  • Ask your local post office or UPS store if they have your package. 
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.  

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@spectorsportsart.com with your order number and we will still try to help. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.  Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!  

TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT ITEM ISN'T HERE, WHAT DO I DO?

Many of our customers have experienced the theft of their packages after delivery. Kindly note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not held liable for its replacement and the carrier might not give you coverage either depending on the service selected. IN ORDER TO AVOID THEFT IF YOU SUSPECT THIS MAY HAPPEN TO YOU WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONTACTING US TO REQUEST A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY.

I RECEIVED A WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email spectorsportsart@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
