PRINCESS DIANA

An unexpected connection brought Philadelphia pride into the world of British royalty. After meeting Eagles statistician Jack Edelstein in 1982, Princess Diana received a custom Eagles jacket  inspired by her fondness for the team’s green and silver colors.  Photographs of her wearing it became an enduring favorite among  Philadelphia fans. This artwork celebrates that connection, pairing Princess Diana’s timeless elegance with soaring eagles, London landmarks, and the Union Jack. A tribute to a beloved princess and an unforgettable jacket, it brings the spirit of Philadelphia across the Atlantic.

Created in collaboration with Philly Sports Trips & True Fan Travel, this card commemorates the Eagles’ 2026 journey to London to battle the Jaguars. Celebrating Princess Diana’s iconic Eagles connection, it captures the spirit of a fan base whose passion travels far beyond  Philadelphia, a keepsake of Birds pride across the pond.
